Rev. Raymond K. Odum is a minister, author, leadership mentor, Founder & General Overseer of Intimacy with Christ Ministries. With a professional background in Chemical Engineering, and years of experience in leadership, youth development, counseling, and organizational management, he brings strong values of integrity, discipline, people development, and transformational leadership to the Board of Unique Grace Micro-Credit.

Since dedicating himself fully to ministry in 2012, Rev. Raymond has impacted thousands of lives through mentoring, conferences, publications, and community outreach initiatives both in Ghana and internationally. He is widely recognized for his commitment to empowering individuals to discover purpose, develop personal responsibility, and achieve meaningful transformation — values that align strongly with the mission and social impact vision of Unique Grace Micro-Credit.

He is also the author of several books and publisher of the Issues of Life Daily Devotional, which has reached readers across Ghana and multiple countries worldwide. Rev. Raymond serves on various Christian leadership platforms and boards, and is passionate about building people, strengthening communities, and promoting ethical leadership.
